Once we have sourced the correct part, and you are happy with the price quoted, you may proceed to place your order. M.O.S Appliance Spares do not have a minimum order charge! We are happy to accept payment by MasterCard, VISA and VISA Debit. Alternatively, you are welcome to send a cheque or postal order if you prefer to order by post.
On receipt of your payment, we will order the part from our supplier and despatch to you immediately upon receipt. You will have been given an estimated delivery date with your quotation. Parts which we hold in stock will be dispatched straight away.
Delivery will be by Royal Mail Post or Parcel Force. If you require a different carrier or guaranteed overnight delivery, please ask for a quote.
Please order using one of the following methods:
(1)Reply to our Email Quotation, having first completed the “Credit Card Details” section. We will reply to you by email once your Card payment has been authorised.
(2)Telephone your order, when we will be happy to take your Card details, and confirm authorisation of your payment.
(3)Fax your order, along with your Card details. You may find it convenient to print our Email Quotation, complete the “Credit Card Details” section, and fax this to us. Authorisation of your payment will be confirmed by fax.
(4)Post your order to us, enclosing a cheque or postal order made payable to M.O.S.
