Special Orders
Special orders are non stock lines. These items will be specially
ordered on your behalf. The delivery times specified are based on the past performance
of the manufacturer. We regret that we can not guarantee delivery within this time
but we will keep you informed if a longer than usual delay occurs. Please note that
special order items can not be returned to the manufacturer for a refund.
Delivery
Times (stock items)
Stock lines are usually dispatched the same working day. Most
small items are dispatched by First Class Royal Mail. Delivery times vary but most
orders arrive within 3 working days. If your order has not arrived within this time
scale, please contact your local sorting office as many undelivered orders are found
there. Heavy items, such as motors are usually dispatched by Parcel Force Standard
Delivery. This service usually takes 3 to 6 working days to arrive.
Damaged Goods
If
you receive an item that has been damaged, please contact us immediately to arrange
a replacement. We will require return of the damaged item.
Incorrect Goods
If you receive
an incorrect part that we looked up for you, please inform us immediately so that
we can arrange despatch of the correct part as soon as possible.
